🏄♂️ What Will You Learn at Newport Surf Camp?
At Newport Surf Camp, campers receive professional surf instruction from experienced, coaches. Whether your child is a first-timer or already catching waves, our team focuses on:
Surf safety and ocean awareness
Proper paddling, pop-up, and stance techniques
Wave selection and reading the ocean
Confidence-building in the water
Whether your child is a beginner surfer or already riding waves, Newport Surf Camp offers something for everyone. Our structured weekly camps are open to kids and teens ages 6–17, with both morning and afternoon sessions available throughout the 12-week summer season.
Located in the heart of Newport Beach, our camp serves local families from Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, and visitors from all over Southern California. All surf lessons and camps take place between 26th–32nd Street in Newport Beach, a permitted and ideal learning zone
** 12pm city of Newport beach black balls. There is no surfing allowed past 12pm city wide **

HALF DAY

A DAY AT CAMP
8:30- 10am
Get suited up and separated into groups.
Warm up, stretch, practice fundamentals.
Surf time!!!!!!
8am
Check in near the 24 beach tower showers.
8:15am walk over to the camp
10- 10:30am
Snack time, beach games & reapply sunscreen

Half day pick up
Surfing ends
FRIDAYS WE DO POTLUCK!!!
Lunch time for full day campers
Lunch must be provided by campers

Surf Time!!!!!!!!!

Beach games, volleyball, boogie boarding, and fun in the sun!!!!
